Manufacturing technologies

We have a wide range of solutions to meet the needs of the most demanding customers. Our main facilities are composed of the following infrastructures:

  • More than 10 loading and unloading points for palletized bagged products, Big Bags and bulk.
  • 3 loading docks for loading containers for export.
  • More than 30 storage silos with capacities from 300 to 7,000 tons, specially designed and built with the most durable elements to cover the storage and logistics needs of bulk materials.
  • More than 1000 m3 of available shelving that allows us to have complete storage systems optimized to take advantage of the largest available volume.
  • 2 complete automatic dosing facilities for granular solid products.
  • 3 crystalline and powder manufacturing lines that include hoppers with load cells between 1000 and 6000 kgs, feeding systems controlled by PLCs, conveyor belts, a homogeneous mixing system for the different mixtures, tumblers and final feeding for the desired use. All this is controlled by the most innovative control systems that allow us the greatest reliability in the manufacture of the different mixtures required.

  • Solid mixing installation for small batches that includes product feeding, mixing in a tank equipped with a boosted agitation system for the most demanding homogeneous mixtures of solid products. Unloading system in dosing hoppers, in BB for the following production processes.
  • 3 fully automatic high-performance 25/40 kg bagging lines that allow us to bag a wide variety of physical presentations of solids in PE reel, open-mouth and raffia bags. Controlled dosing of the mass and automatic weight rejection control, thermal welding and sewn closure, conveyor belt handling system that leads to configurable palletizers of different formats and mosaics and automatic shrink wrapper.
  • 2 configurable bagging lines from 1 to 10 kg for plastic bags, doypacks of different materials and layers with thermal welding that includes automatic feeding, weighing and packaging systems.
  • 3 BB packaging lines integrated into the manufacturing lines of the different mixtures, which allows us flexibility and adaptation to the needs of different customers
