FACILITIES FOR LIQUIDS
Liquid production plant
Our liquid product facilities have been designed and manufactured to the highest standards of durability and reliability. Our main infrastructures are composed of:
- 2 docks and loading and unloading points for liquid products in different formats, bottles and jugs, IBCs and tanks of all sizes.
- 3 loading points for finished and palletized product.
- More than 30 storage tanks with capacities from 30 to 100 m3, specially designed and built with the most durable elements to cover the storage and logistics needs of the most demanding liquid products.
- 4 reactors of 2, 6, 12 and 30 m3 equipped with agitation and heating systems that allow us to make solid and liquid mixtures with the flexibility to produce small and large batches, agility to meet the required deadlines and versatility when making a wide variety of liquid products.

- A continuous mixing system that allows us to mix up to 5 different liquids, producing the final product “in situ” that will be dispatched or fed to a storage tank. We have the possibility of adding minor components to this continuous mixing process.
- 2 packaging lines for jugs and bottles composed of automatic filling machines, assisted capping and screwing systems, labeling machines and load handlers for the preparation of pallets of final product. The lines share a palletizing and shrink-wrapping system.For both facilities, we have more than 1000 m3 available of shelving for palletizing, IBCs, etc., which allows us to have complete optimized storage systems.
